i would walk 500 miles

why don't homeless people migrate south for the winter like birds? in some places, they might even be considered wealthy.

Didn't Giuliani arrest all of the homeless people in New York? I'd say that jail is alot more pleasant than Brooklyn Avenue.

Also, there are OH SO MANY homeless people in Seattle. I think it's soemthing to do with the weather - it is far warmer there than here. Also there are a lot of public parks where you can legally sit/sleep, scare children, and smell bad all at the same time 7 days a week!

Giuliani didn't arrest them, he had them eliminated. i think a lot of them just disapeared over night. but he took care of the homeless "problem".

If i were homeless, i'd be down south, or in mexico. who the fuck wants to spend the winters in NE with no shelter? a bunch of hte bums in boston whould gather on top of the air vents behind the library because they blew warm air out 24/7, they'd set up little shelters there until someone kicked them out. it'd be -20 out and they'd be fucking huddled up on top of these vents. even the least motivated bum can scrounge enough cans togeather for a bus ticket to FLA.
