Food for thought mmmmmmmm

I've always batted around that stat about the efficiency of agricultural methods vs. animal grazing per acre. Now I see the other side of it.
Thanx a lot ho.

haha oh dicta, the fact that you're getting your anti-vegetarian facts and stats from a brit is worrisome. they consumer more candy and alcohol per capita than americans can even dream.

anyway, macunas, the use of acreage for agriculture vs. grazing is just one argument (of course). another good one is that the amt. of grain used to feed cattle is enough to get rid of the problem of starvation on a global scale. to me, that's pretty compelling.

but i'm vegetarian for other reasons :D (not the least of which is the fact that cows are satan's beasts. i mean, have you ever driven by a cattle ranch? the stench!)
