criminals read? who knew?!

i was up in the cafe this morning before class to get a coffee and work on the crossword when i noticed a box on the floor labeled "books for prisoners." being the kind, gentle citizen i am, i thought i should drop off some books i think criminals might find appropriate. here's my list so far, feel free to add to it:

1) crime and punishment
2) a time to kill
3) the model penal code
4) a prison diary
5) murder, inc
6) silent theft
7) the rape of lock and other poems
8) random acts of senseless violence

Prisonbreak, Season 1, on VHS

They gotta have a TV, right? A mind is a terrible thing to waste during a 2-5 stretch for assault

it's funny, the difference between you and me. you're helping them, or at least giving them hope, whereas i'm shaming them for something they have allegedly done.
