it's monday, so that means back to the grind, at least for a few days. and i didnt disappoint. my first class today was conflicts of law, and i worked my ass off during class to take notes that would exactly capture the essence of this class. i did an awesome job, and came up with the following. really, i deserve a break now. done and done.

yeah...it really wasnt that helpful...at all. somehow i doubt knowing that south carolina has different choice of law approaches for tort and contract cases will ever be of use to me. then again, this pennsylvania crap i learn wont be of use either...

the only things i miss about the dirty south are my friends and the (lack of) winter.
when did i discover that i was god? well, i was praying, and i suddenly realized i was talking to myself.
