congrats

congrats to giants fans. we might've been the best team this season, but we weren't the best team tonight. our offensive line blocked worse than britney spears' birth control. for 3.5 hours there was more swearing in this apartment than even i generally care for. what a fucking letdown. i can't remember the last time that the halftime show was more enjoyable than the game. tom petty and the heartbreakers is great shit. all the commercials sucked though. not even 1 good one.

I don't watch football all that often -- a few games a year --though I watched more this season than usual.

I had to keep asking my husband what the fuck was wrong -- how the hell do they keep getting to Brady? Were they down a person due to some penalty like in hockey? I'd never seen anything so bad... largely because I usually watch the Patriots.

At least Tom Petty was good.

Might I point out the Giants led the league in sacks, and had this same kind of pressure on Brady when the two teams met for the last game of the season? The pressure was not a surprise or fluke, that Brady didn't make a few more plays despite it is.

that the giants pressured the pats better than other teams is not surprising, but how much pressure they got was. the offensive line had a horrible showing. i never understood how/why linemen ever go early in the draft until last night.

Yeah, that sucked, sorry. I was kind of hoping to see history, instead I get to see the mannings everywhere.
