cover your ass

so my law school's alumni association sent out some letters to the recent graduates. i was expecting to open a letter begging for money already, so i was somewhat surprised when i noticed it was a free 9 month life insurance policy worth $10,000 for all recent graduates. so what's the problem? it doesn't cover suicide. it's like they don't even know law students at all. though that probably applies more to those taking the bar and less to those like me.
